Dua scorer Bulldogs, Kyle Wiltjer dan Kevin Pangos menjadi pengacau permainan lawan. Witjer mencetak 13 angka dari total 24 di babak pertama. Domantas Sabonis menambahkan 18 angka untuk Bulldogs. Inilah untuk pertama kali sejak 2009, Gonzaga masuk kembali ke Sweet 16.
