Liverpool mengalahkan Borussia Dortmund 4-3 (agregat 5-4), Villarreal membenamkan Sparta Praha 4-2 (6-3), Shaktar melibas SC Braga 4-0 (6-1), dan Sevilla 1-2 (adu penalti 5-4) menyingkirkan Athletic Bilbao (3-3).
Keempat tim tersebut akan menunggu hasil undian babak empat besar di Nyon, Swiss, Jumat (14/4/2016).
