CATATAN STATISTIK PERTANDINGAN
* Sam Dekker scored 18 of his career-high 23 points in the paint on 9-of-9 shooting, the most attempts in the paint without a miss in an NCAA Tournament game since Duke's Mason Plumlee went 9-of-9 in 2012 vs. Lehigh. As a team, Wisconsin outscored North Carolina 36-28 in the paint Thursday, tied for the Tar Heels' second-worst paint differential this season.

* North Carolina rebounded 28% of its missed shots Thursday, its fourth-lowest offensive-rebounding percentage of the season. The Tar Heels entered the game with the nation's fifth-best offensive-rebounding percentage (40%).

* Sam Dekker is the third player with 20 points and 10 rebounds against Roy Williams in the Sweet 16 or later, joining Blake Griffin and Carmelo Anthony.

* Sam Dekker is averaging 20.0 PPG in three NCAA Tournament games after averaging 13.0 PPG prior to the NCAA Tournament.

* North Carolina scored nine second-chance points Thursday, five below its season average (14.2, second among major conference teams). The Tar Heels did not take advantage of second-chance opportunities like they did in their first two NCAA Tournament games.

* Wisconsin entered the game allowing 7.4 second-chance points per game, third best among major conference teams.

* North Carolina's 11-game win streak in the Sweet 16 dating back to 1993 stands as the longest ever, but Wisconsin put an end to it with its win over the Tar Heels today. Kentucky can match the longest Sweet 16 winning streak in school history with a win tonight over West Virginia.

* Wisconsin averaged 1.32 points per possession Thursday, North Carolina's second-worst defensive efficiency this season (Pittsburgh - 1.44 on Feb. 14). The Badgers were particularly efficient in the half court when Frank Kaminsky touched the ball, averaging 1.46 points per possession.

* Wisconsin averages 59.8 possessions per game, 7th fewest in the nation and 10 fewer than UNC, the fastest-paced team in the ACC. The Tar Heels have never been held to a pace as slow as Wisconsin's season average for possessions this season, but of their seven lowest-possession games of the season, they lost five.
